We finally got the menu and ended up paying $120 for two filets, mashed potatoes and asparagus which by the way came in a damn paper bag with plastic silverware. A half hour later I call back because they still hadn't arrived and they said, 'oh sorry we sent it to the wrong room' 🙄. So we ask if they can send a paper menu? The lady huffed and puffed and said, fine they'll be right up. We try that and the menu button doesn't even work. We call the desk and they say it's on the menu on the tv.
Anyway, we finally get to our room and we can't find a menu for room service. The lady at the desk kept arguing with us and the manager was some guy with tattoos all over his neck. We were told (once we got there) that check-in time is 4pm but doesn't mean your room will be ready at 4 🤨! WHO DOES THAT? Then we asked, 'well can we check out an hour late then?!' First we were told 'yes' then someone else told us it didn't matter what time they allow us in the room, check out is at the same time. We had a whole day of plans and activities set but it was all screwed up because we had to wait an extra hour and 15 mins before we could even get into our rooms. We got a king suite and the room itself was beautiful but the service is why my and my fiance will never return to this place.
The only reason I'm giving it a star is for the room.
